As Pebble Hill Plantation celebrates its 40th Anniversary as a museum, it is the perfect time to reintroduce the Quail Trail 5k as one of Pebble Hill's signature annual events.
Quail Trail 5k is a hilly 5,000-meter cross country course that traverses the historic grounds and forests of Pebble Hill Plantation. Running surfaces include pea gravel, grass, dirt, red clay, and asphalt with multiple changes in elevation. This course is certified by USA Track & Field, number GA23040WC.
All proceeds from this event benefit the Pebble Hill Preservation Fund, which supports the continued care and maintenance of the Main House and other historic structures, as well as the 3,000 acres of property that comprise this beautiful 20th century sporting estate.
